    Shipping & Return Policy

    Shipping

    We endeavor to ship all orders for in stock items within 72 hours. Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM. Any orders placed outside of our standard business hours will not be processed until the following business day. If, for some reason, we determine that we cannot ship your product within thirty (30) days following our receipt of a properly completed order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and advise you of such action. Standard shipping is typically via USPS and you should allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice and your order will be delivered in accordance with the applicable delivery time for the delivery method selected.

     

    Item Availability

    365cooking may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s).

    In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, 365cooking will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for out of stock items ordered, and will be inform by an email notification.

     

    Return and Exchange Policies

    We will gladly replace or refund any damaged, missing, expired and/or defective non-food merchandise for return and replacement provided that the request for return is made within 10 days of receipt and you provide photographs showing the defect. Return merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging and a copy of the packing slip. If for some reason the defective merchandise cannot be replaced, you will receive a full refund. We will remit your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Please contact us at info@savoryaf.com to request a refund for defective merchandise, and our support team will assist you with return and exchange process. We do not accept returns for any non-defective items.

    Although 365cooking has a 10 days return policy on our products, items with following conditions are not eligible for return:

    - Due to the safety of our customers, consumable product such as food, snacks, dry goods, health supplements, fresh produce, and prepared goods are NOT eligible for return.
    - Products that are misuse, damaged, modified, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering.
    - Products that are missing parts, missing or altered labels, missing or altered serial number.
    - Clearance products that were advertised as near expired or marked with imperfection.
